Cost Control Officer Ayana Midplaza, Jakarta

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and analyze all expenses, including cost of goods sold, operating expenses, and capital expenditures
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose measures to optimize costs
- Prepare and present cost control reports to management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with cost control policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of cost data and identify any discrepancies
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Provide advice and guidance on cost control best practices

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Cost Control Officer or similar role
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Excellent attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
- Experience with cost control software is a plus
