Cost Control Staff

**Job Descriptions**:

- Conduct and manage project scheduling and monitoring
- Attend project meetings and discussions with partners and external consultants
- Take notes on project costs to the team and management review every month
- Control costs and planning advice to the internal construction team
**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in project estimation and cost control in the construction industry
- Able to work independently and maintain good quality of output under deadline pressure
- Able to work in a team and actively contribute idea to enhance team performance
- Computer literacy (Ms. Office)
- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
