Working location: Jakarta

Requirements:

- Experience in same Industry as Cost Estimator over 4 years
- Good communication in English language
- Able to handle bidding process from start to finish

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Responsible for all stages of tender process, calculation, and contract preparation
- Managing and controlling the implementation of work in estimation department
- Reviewing cost estimation for projects
- Deciding the volume and price to be included in the bidding/tender
- Carrying out clarifications and negotiation processes
- Handling a bid or tender, and make quotation to submit to a potential client on his own
- Other related tasks as assigned
