**Job Deskripsi**
- Serve as the Commission Manager, overseeing end-to-end service delivery, particularly for large or intricate commissions, and managing multiple commissions simultaneously.
- Act as the primary day-to-day client interface, ensuring the fulfillment of client objectives through the provision of value-added cost management services.
- Manage estimating and cost planning activities, taking ownership and presenting the final cost plan.
- Ensure the production of monthly post-contract cost reports, presenting them to the client.
- Lead value engineering and life cycle costing exercises.
- Motivate team members, fostering a positive environment, and drive towards favorable client outcomes while meeting deadlines in a dynamic setting.
- Conduct critical analysis, challenge project requirements, and brainstorm deliverables to find creative solutions and alternatives on behalf of clients.
- Lead a cost management team, ensuring team members fulfill all accountabilities.
- Identify and act upon opportunities to enhance cost management procedures, templates, and products, thereby improving the service provided to clients.
- Assume line management responsibility as required.

**Deskripsi Persyaratan**
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar discipline, coupled with a minimum of 15 years of work experience.
- Extensive experience working on diverse projects across industry sectors, particularly in data center projects, high-tech manufacturing, semiconductor, and high-rise construction.
- Preferably, prior experience in a consultancy role.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong business acumen, demonstrating the ability to drive outcomes for clients, cultivate new business opportunities, leverage existing prospects, and collaborate effectively with construction and design teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Proven experience in client management, with a solid background in client-facing environments that require the use of critical business development and advisory skills to enhance project delivery. This includes expertise in value management, value engineering, and life cycle costing.
