- Contribute to the development and execution of overall business development strategies. Identify, evaluate, and assess potential projects through comprehensive project assessments and feasibility studies.
- Implement business strategies and ongoing strategy projects across the organization to drive growth and achieve organizational goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans, including strategies for market entry, product positioning, and sales growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare presentations and proposals to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Track and analyze business development performance metrics to measure success.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, engineering or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in business development, preferable in consultancy
- Strong understanding of market analysis, competitor research, and customer segmentation.
- Strong background in data analysis and the ability to interpret and draw insights from complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian, other languages are a plus.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
