The Delivery Practice team's purpose is to create an environment that drives job delivery best practices.
**About the Opportunity**
We're currently recruiting a Country Delivery Advisor to join the Indonesia office to support the monitoring of adoption of Beca's project delivery processes, while sharing best practice.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and supporting activities related to internal Quality Audits of project delivery processes and the external ISO audits.
- Building effective relationships with the Section delivery team network in country, to support them and understand local challenges and needs, working alongside the Delivery Practice team.
**About you**
The role requires an energetic, detail-oriented person who loves delivering results, enjoys working in a growing team and business and is passionate about continuous improvement. You will be a relationship builder who enjoys connecting across all functions and levels within an organisation, can communicate with ease and can self-start, seek out and follow up on work in a proactive manner.
**Experience / Qualifications**
- Tertiary Education with a technical nature preferred
- Preferably having previous experience with ISO standards (specifically Quality ISO 9001) will be an advantage
- Good written and verbal English and Bahasa communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills.
