- Do you have 10 years of experience in Financial Management with multiple projects, partners, and multi-donor portfolios?
- Do you have experience in managing the day-to-day financial management activity for a large and complex operation in the country?
- Do you have experience in interpreting various financial information, reports; and are able to provide analyses and advice to country managers?
- Do you have hands-on experience using financial software and in addition to that expert in MS Excel as most of the financial operations data use Excel format?

**_ The Role:_**:
**Oxfam in Indonesia is looking for Country Finance Lead who is expected to contribute actively to the efficiency and effectiveness of the country's financial systems and procedures and monitor their adherence at all levels. To be held accountable for the accuracy and completeness of the financial information and for keeping the financial information updated for the Indonesia Programme with a portfolio of around 10 different donors' donor-funded projects at a time and more than 20 local implementing partners' contracts. He/she will ensure smooth treasury management, budgeting, reporting and Partner support for the country to achieve finance strategies and financial action.**

**_ What we are looking for:_**:

- At least 10 years' experience in Financial Management with multiple projects, partners, and donor's portfolio.
- Professional Finance and Accountancy qualification e.g. CPA, ACCA, CIMA, etc
- Hands-on experience using financial software, Oxfam in Indonesia uses OPAL and Finance Peoplesoft.
- Expert in using MS Excel as most of the financial operations data using Excel format.
- Experience managing the performance of others and helping people to develop, grow, and achieve their potential, including increasing diversity and inclusion in teams and/or workplaces.
- Strong analytical skills
- Proactive, responsible, and flexible.
- Strong deadlines management skills
- Innovative
- Proficient communication and presentation skills
- High standards of performance
- Understand local Indonesia tax-related matters.
- Working experience with International NGO
