- As the lead legal support for ZALORA's Indonesia business, your role encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities crucial to the company's success. You'll provide strategic legal counsel across various domains including commercial transactions, corporate governance, technology, operations, supply chain, logistics, finance, compliance, data protection, corporate restructuring, litigation, HR, and marketing.
- Your duties extend to drafting and negotiating a diverse range of contracts, such as purchasing, marketing, logistics, employment, online terms and conditions, technology licensing, warehousing and non-disclosure agreements, ensuring they align with ZALORA's objectives and legal standards.
- Identifying legal risks and formulating effective mitigation strategies are integral parts of your role, requiring a keen understanding of ZALORA's complex operations and business landscape. Essential Qualifications
- Law degree required.
- 6 to 9 years of post-qualification experience in top-tier law firms and large multinational companies.
- Extensive legal expertise in e-commerce, supply chain, import and customs, corporate law, commercial law, and government relations.
- Strong communication, presentation, influencing, and negotiation abilities.
- A critical thinker with the ability to analyze and solve complex legal issues, considering their broader impact on the company's operations and business objectives.
- Exceptional legal drafting abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated sense of responsibility and initiative, capable of working autonomously.
- Mastery of prioritization and effective time management skills.
