Country Manager (Remote)

Sales
- Responsibilities:

- Consult customers and close sales through telephones in multiple countries in

Bahasa/English
- Can accommodate customers in different timezones (willing to work different shifts

which suit the growing markets)
- Coordinate course opening and class scheduling
- Provide excellent after-sales service and follow-up to maintain customer satisfaction
- Collect information and address customer feedback
- Review weekly sales performance and plan for the upcoming week(s)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Experience in customer contact in the education and/or service industries is preferred.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: Up to Rp7,500,000 per month

- Edtech (Cakap, koding next, sekolah), team handling in sales: 1 year (required)
