- Regional strategy

- Services revenue growth
- Local partnership management
- Customers engagement (current and future)
- Project delivery
- Recruitment

Experience and Knowledge
- Leadership and Management experience
- Sales & Business background
- Experience in Software and/or Consulting Services Industry
- Experience in mining would be a plus
