**Country Regulatory Lead**:- Job Id: 6364- City: Jakarta, Special Capital Region of Jakarta, Indonesia- Department: Product Development- Function: Regulatory, Research and Development- Employee Type: Permanent Full Time- Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level- Description:**Country Management And Territory Co-ordination**:- Timely planning & execution of projects for assigned territory* (Cambodia, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam) as per business priority.- Interact with regional regulatory team to review registration status of all projects, check timely support for regulatory documents and remain updated on any changes of regulation.- Interact with regional regulatory team/customers/consultants to review registration status of all projects and highlight regulatory hurdles timely basis to management.- Prepare data gap & investment analysis for regional projects in co-ordination and support regional marketing/sales team.- Regulatory budget preparation & manage projects within budget. Co-ordinate with regional team for regulatory budget.- Provide technical support to regional marketing.- Provide support to identify and appoint regulatory consultants in countries (where needed) and execute NDA/ service agreements- Regulatory database updating and maintenance time to time in RegVault and Datrix. Create, track and Monitor regulatory on-going projects in RPT (Regulatory project tracking document)- Update the global online platform for maintaining regulatory documents (COR, CRO studies, LOA, Agreements)- Sample Management (Coordinate for importing sample for both regulatory and PD requirement)- Liasoning with local govt bodies for regulatory updates.- Based on the performance and business interest scope of the territory will be expanded in the future**We are one team, for maximum impact.
