We are searching for a Country Sales Manager, Indonesia who possesses the leadership skills to operate effectively in a matrix environment and have confidence in driving aggressive growth plans. The person should have a consultative and collaborative style, proven track record / achievement. We are only shortlisting driven, resilient, enterprising, agile and motivated individual who wants to be part of a growing company.

**THE ROLE**

This role is responsible for executing strategies and actions plans to together with Local functional leaders (i.e. Innovation, Operations, Finance, HR, IT and Supply Chain) to achieve overall organization's objectives. In addition this role would have to liaise with Multi-discipline team including support functions, to delight our Internal and External stakeholders.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**_:_**_ Other duties may be assigned beyond the core functions listed below._

The responsibilities of the role are to implement the required action plan, manage market strategy, drive key customer relationships, key project negotiations, delivery and partner engagement activities to support efforts to achieve sales, EBITDA and market share growth. The role shall carry out tactical activities to increase market coverage and continuously enhance efficiency to make a fair profit. In addition, it is to support key tasks, including marketing, strategic planning aligned with Global vision and aspirations.

The assigned territories include Power Transmission - Automotive businesses in Indonesia. In the next few years.

The Country Sales Manager Indonesia's specific responsibilities will fall into three primary areas:

- Maximum 3 pointers per accountability_

Accountability #1: Customer (Internal / External Stakeholders)
- Develop the strategy to grow share of wallet for targeted account
- Build and sustain relationships up to and including key C-level executives for key customers, proven track record demonstrating their understanding and business acumen.

Accountability #2: Process / Performance
- Solid understanding of sales and financial planning is essential as this role involves monthly sales and business reporting, reporting budgets as well as producing financial reports.
- Develop robust sales strategies by segment via in-depth understanding of market trends and competitive landscape
- Develop channel coverage by market segment and support countries to develop right partners
- Develop direct channel sales and marketing skills and competencies metrics
- Develop standard enterprise selling process, opportunities and pipelines management

Accountability #3: People
- Build effective sales team, providing guidance and coaching to improve sales team's effectiveness and productivity.
- Support Talent acquisition, assessment, development, retention and succession planning
- Provide a safe work environment and lead by example to advocate our CORE values and culture

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS/ QUALIFICATIONS & PREFERRED SKILLS**:_To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required._

This person must have at least 15 years hands on experience in expansion plans and business transformation in this region. Must have hands on channel experience for Indonesia market and be able to directly lead Greenfield geographical expansion plans in the assigned countries or region.
