\n ResponsibilitiesEnsure Last Mile courier operational activity runs according to SLACreate SOP and/or WI as guidance for Courier in their daily operation processAnalyze problems and initiate solution on Last Mile process in specific area based on needs from groundEnsure the initiative can be accomplished on time, effective and scalableRuns BAU such as reporting or monitoring on Last Mile processResponsible to Improving the Rider and Driver Quality and Decrease Quality RecoveryMinimizing the number of failed delivery within the Last Mile activity to ensure the quality of delivery services based on company neededProviding the analytics and reporting about daily operation in Last Mile to minimize Last Mile CPP (Cost Per Parcel)Create boosting initiative to increase courier (rider and driver) productivity to optimal level RequirementsBachelor's degree or Master Degree from any Management, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain1 - 2 year experience in logistic operations, last mile delivery, or 3PLExperience in managing multiple stakeholder and regionExceptional communication skill and interpersonal skillFamiliar on Spreadsheet, Excel, or Ms Office toolsAble manage multiple stakeholderHave strong communication and interpersonal skillWilling to travel across region if needed
