Department Operations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Research & finding channel or new program that beneficial for courier
- Take care of legal documents & contract for each initiatives
- Doing assessment for each initiatives (impact vs cost)
- Sponsorship package value calculation
- Make deal package for sponsor
- Make a good relationship with stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degrees from any background
- Good handling & dealing with partner/stakeholders
- Good communication
- Willing to travel around, maybe will met many partner outside office
- Experienced in handling project with deadline
