- Ensure that Last Mile operational activity runs according to SLA & SOP or target that has been set by the company
- Responsible to Improving the Rider and Driver Quality and Decrease Quality Recovery
- Minimizing the number of failed delivery within the last mile activity to ensure the quality of delivery services based on company needed
- Providing the analytics and reporting about daily operation in Last Mile to minimize last mile CPP (Cost Per Parcel)
- Create boosting initiative to increase courier (rider and driver) productivity to optimal level
**Requirement**:
- Bachelor's degree or Master Degree from any Management, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain preferably from Indonesia top university
- 3 -5 years experience on the same role, preferably from logistic industry or transportation company
- Strong in project management and Innovation
- Able manage multiple stakeholder and region
- Strong in leadership and managing team dynamic
- Have strong communication & interpersonal skill
