- Manage Customer Relation administration effectively and efficiently
- Carry out service activities for the needs and complaints of tenants or counter owners so that tenant relations operations can be carried out properly and effectively

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Any Major
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as Admin, preferably experience in Shopping Center
- Computer literate (Ms.Office)
- Innovative, discipline, honest, diligent & have integrity
- Willing to be placed in Kawasan Mall Mangga Dua, Jakarta
