Details of the offer

**Job Descriptions**:- To note, create and archive all CR/TR document data according to category in a complete, safe and easy to find.- Make routine administrative reports and correspondence (mailing/memo) for various CR/TR and tenant needs.- Distribute Work Request Forms to related departments to ensure that complaints are immediately followed up by service level agreements that have been set.- Perform data entry in the database if there is a change in owner or tenant after updating in the field by the CR/TR Staff.**Job Qualifications**:- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major.- Minimum 1 year of working experience.- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.- Computer literate (Ms. Office).- Good communication & administrative skill.- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
