Cr / Tr Coordinator Kawasan Mall Mangga Dua

**Job Descriptions**:

- Build and maintain good relationship with customers/tenants.
- Carry out service activities for the needs and complaints of tenants or counter owners so that tenant relations operations can be carried out properly and effectively.
- Ensure and implement the rules of residence.
- Make data reconciliation reports related to kiosks / counters required by the finance department, building maintenance and other related sections and monitor occupancy.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Any Major.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as Tenant Relation, preferably experience in Shopping Center.
- Computer literate (Ms.Office).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Able to handle complaints, flexible, good communication.
- High motivation, able to work with deadlines.
- Innovative, discipline, honest, diligent & have integrity.
- Willing to be placed in Kawasan Mangga Dua, Jakarta Utara.
