These principles guide and help us make decisions as we work to create economic empowerment for the people of Southeast Asia.Get to know the TeamThe Grab Creative Department is responsible for building the Grab brand through effective brand and promotional campaigns that persuade, excite and build brand loyalty amongst users. You will get a chance to work directly with progressive thinkers from the marketing department to help shape the brand together as a team. You will also get access and support from the Regional Creative Team which consists of experienced and awarded creatives from multinational agency backgrounds.Get to know the RoleThe Day-to-Day Activities- You are responsible for crafting creative work through art direction and design- You translate creative ideas to visual/ design advertising/communications campaigns- You supervise production across media including photo shoots and video shoots and ensure that the visual - tonality is in line with Grab's Brand Guidelines- Work together with your team with creative and marketing colleagues to ensure the work is delivered on time and on brief- You liaise with suppliers to ensure the production and execution of the work meets the mark- You will report to the Creative Lead to help ensure the creative standard is maintained consistentlyThe Must-Haves- You have at least a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/Art/Multimedia Design or equivalent- You are proficient in Photoshop/Illustrator/Indesign or its equivalent- You have a good portfolio of well art-directed brand building and design work- You are a proactive and impartial team player who possesses the tenacity to meet deadlines and adapt to fast-paced changes- You are organized, insightful and can communicate your observations well, both written and verbally- Your working experience 1-2 years of experience working for a reputable advertising or digital agency is preferred but not a requirementThe Nice-to-Haves- You have illustration/ drawing skills, manually/ digitally- You are an experienced retail designer with taste would be an advantageOur CommitmentWe recognize that with these individual attributes come different workplace challenges, and we will work with Grabbers to address them in our journey towards creating inclusion at Grab for all Grabbers.About GrabGrab is the leading superapp platform in Southeast Asia, providing everyday services that matter to consumers.
