Creative Director

Directly manage the creative team from concept to completion of the projects- Lead creative strategy and development of all creative campaigns ensuring a consistent brand across channels- Remain current on emerging trends in digital technology to incorporate new technologies into your creative strategy- Manage production timelines, vendor relationships, and quality or cost controls- Communicate cross-functionally to understand creative needs.**Requirements**:- Minimum bachelor's degree in design, arts, marketing, or business- Prior experience with copywriting, design, and video production- Previous project management experience, with a focus on creative direction- Hands-on experience in the creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development- Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.- Outstanding leadership and organization skills- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per monthCOVID-19 considerations:Continue to follow C-19 health protocols and all employees are required to vaccinate C-19 min. second dosisAbility to commute/relocate:- Medan: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)**Experience**:- Creative Director: 2 years (required)Willingness to travel:- 100% (required)
