Bithour Production, a Jakarta-based advertising agency and production house, is currently seeking a Creative Directior Intern. As a Creative Directior Intern, you'll be at the heart of our creative advertising agency, contributing to the artistic direction of our campaigns. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and develop visual concepts that align with client briefs.
- Create visually captivating content, including graphics, multimedia elements, and other creative assets.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively conveying and pitching creative ideas.
- Engage in design projects encompassing both digital and print mediums, such as social media content and marketing materials.
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency and ensuring high-quality standards across all creative materials.
- Help bring visual and written content to life across different media platforms.
- Review and provide positive feedback on creative work to ensure it aligns with client goals and brand identity.
- Stay updated on industry trends and creative innovations.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your creative and design skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A deep passion for creative thinking and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, taking direction while contributing to the creative process.
- Strong time management skills with a commitment to meeting project deadlines.
- An eagerness to learn and adapt to the fast-paced nature of the creative industry.
- Awareness of current design trends and a commitment to best practices in advertising and branding.
