?? Job Role Lead and oversee our brand's creative direction and strategies for planning and executing. Develop innovative and compelling concepts that align with our brand identity and engage our target audience. Shape our brand's creative direction, including visual aesthetics, graphic design, and overall brand experience. Collaborate with various stakeholders to define and refine our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touch points. Use market trends, consumer behavior, and industry insights to effectively position our brand. Deliver unique and impactful ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and visual merchandising strategies to our customers. Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, brand, creative teams, and retail operations, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to creative initiatives. Establish and maintain quality standards for all creative deliverables, ensuring they align with our brand guidelines and meet high design excellence standards. ?? Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Creative/ Design, Communication or any related field. Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role in the retail industry min. 3 years. Experience in developing creative campaigns for brands. Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in visual design, brand development, and creative strategy. In-depth knowledge of the retail industry, market trends, and consumer behavior. Proficient in design software and digital tools relevant to the role. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. ??
