Creative Graphic Designer For Merchandising Business

You will be an integral part of our design team, responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and bringing to life a wide array of merchandise items that resonate with our clients and customers. You will collaborate closely with our clients to understand their brand aesthetics and vision, and translate these insights into visually stunning designs that leave a lasting impression.**Key Responsibilities**:- Generate fresh and innovative design concepts for a variety of merchandise, including t-shirts, hats, playing cards, wine coolers, and more.- Collaborate with clients to deeply understand their brand identity and seamlessly incorporate it into your design proposals.- Create visually compelling graphics that align with current market trends and captivate target audiences.- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and production, to ensure design concepts are effectively executed across merchandise items.- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and techniques to continuously elevate your design skills and our merchandise offerings.**Requirements**:- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a focus on merchandise design.- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects that highlight creativity and understanding of client aesthetics.- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- A keen eye for detail and a passion for keeping up with design trends and emerging styles.**Job Types**: Part-time, ContractContract length: 24 monthsPart-time hours: 25 per week**Salary**: Rp4,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month
