Grand Altuz Hotel - YogyakartaElevated your living atmosphereWe are hiring!Marcomm Coordinator (Offline & Digital Marketing)Job Desc:- Build a concept for a campaign for offline/online platform and implement visuals and captions for monthly editorial plan- Involved in the brainstorming process on content creation as online or offline method with sales team- Plan and schedule social media calendar content and create visual content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)- Create consistent and meaningful content across all social media platforms, including writing in social media posts to increasing customer engagement- Communicate with social media followers, including responding to inquiries promptly- Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability- Communicate properly with 3rd party in terms of increasing brand awareness**Requirements**:- Min Experience 2 years as a Marcomm (offline & online/digital marketing)- Know about Digital Marketing as properly (SEO/SEM,Social Media IG Algorithm,FB Ads,Youtube,TikTok,Marketplace and KOL)- Have a good networking channel with the 3rd party- Creative & Analytical thinker and Social Media Savvy- Great copywriting skill with bit of design skill (Corel/ Adobe Photoshop)- Up to date with current trends- Have strong skills in communication- Comfortable in the fast-paced work environment- Attention to detail and Adaptable- Experienced as leader and collaboratorJenis Pekerjaan: Penuh WaktuGaji: Rp3.500.000 - Rp6.000.000 per bulan
