The Core Objectives: 1. SME and/or individual credit assessment 2. Doing financial and or income analysis 3. Understanding the lending risk Essential Experience / Criteria: 1. Basic credit assessment min 1 year 2. Financial analysis min 1 year 3. Risk management is a plus Desirable Experience / Criteria: 1. Good communication skills 2. Good negotiation skilss 3. Good analytical skills
