**What Will You Do**:

- Manage and be responsible for the overall Credit Analyst Process
- Responsible for maintaining daily and weekly credit report
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
- Identify and organize training needed by staff
- Coordinate collaborations with other departments.
- Monitoring and developing team performance and coaching team
- Liaise with Superior (Head of Credit Ops)

**What Are The Requirements**:

- ** Minimum experience of 2 years as analyst/officer credit, internal audit, risk policy in Bank/Multifinance/Financial Services**:

- Have an honest attitude, conscientious and responsible.
