Launched late last year, AgriAku's mission is empower mitra through sustainable, inclusive and profitable technology business models.**Job Description**:- Develop a risk assessment/risk scoring model for MSMEs in the agriculture business- Analyzing the financial history and creditworthiness of potential borrowers- Monitoring the creditworthiness of existing borrowers- Recommending strategies for managing and reducing financing risk- Conduct stress and scenario testing and analysis of the portfolio in global events- Provide financing portfolio regular reports for the management (Cohort analysis, Vintage Analysis)- Ensure portfolio quality and documentation standards are maintained as well as internal performance indicators.- Manage portfolio quality through proper collection & recovery process.- Ensure that the company is in compliance with its internal operating policies and procedures and regulatory- Identifying and investigating cases of fraud or irregularities**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in business/finance/management/administration- Min. 5 years experience as credit risk in financial services/fintech.- Strong Understanding of credit risk associated with Micro & SME banking products- Strong understanding of financial concepts and principles- Understanding of financing process & systems- Knowing the Agriculture business is a plus point- Good analytical thinking
