**About us**

We are looking for an experienced **CRM Executive **to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.

**What you'll do**:

- Nurturing leads and user lifecycle through Marketing Automation tools
- Develop personalization strategies
- Create and manage opt-in users
- Create and manage Web and App users acquisition strategies in order to increase numbers of database/list building
- Create and implement push notifications campaigns for Web and App campaigns
- Create and implement campaign journey for each user segmentations and behaviors

**What you should have**:

- 2 years of experience as Marketing Automation Specialist preferred
- Have a good understanding of consumer/customer behavior
- Proficient with analytical tools such as Google Analytic, Google workspace and similar tools for analysis process and generate insight
- Proficient with CRM/marketing automation tools such as Netcore, CleverTap, MoEngage, etc.
- Excellent written communication skills with exceptional proofreading and editing skills
- High level understanding of marketing campaigns and messaging
- Proven ability to execute A/B testing strategies and dynamic content
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Must be detail oriented, target driven and data driven
- Creative thinker with excellent interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
