Job Description Lead A+Rewards (online benefits and voucher center embedded in digital wallets) operations and marketing collaboration with business partners, includes digital wallets and international key merchants Design mechanisms to drive user activeness, retention and engagement of A+Rewards Come up with marketing plan to drive business growth and build brand awareness of the rewards. Find the marketing collaboration opportunities with e-e-wallets and local banks and pitch them with comprehensive co-brand marketing plan Find the marketing collaboration opportunities with external business merchants (eg. Google, Apple) and pitch them with comprehensive co-brand marketing plan Drive new payment user and retention rate for business partners by marketing activities May need to take care of multinational projects. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) Minimum of 3-5 years of working experiences in online operational roles Knowledge on IT product or data analysis Experience on digital content/e-commerce would be plus; Strong communication skills, Fluent in English. Team work, results oriented, energetic, work under pressure, but also bring clarity.
