Crm Section Head - Bsd

**Job Descriptions**:

- Handle CRM related for all F&B
- Ensure that the delivered products meet the satisfaction of both online and offline users and customers.
- Develop a loyalty system for F&B business (including tiers)
- Regulate loyalty member's data
- Experienced in data visualization
- Analyse the brand's selling statistics
- Create, maintain, and develop CRM tools
- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields
- Minimum 3 year experience in CRM industry
- Have experience on regulating loyalty program for customer
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Preferably from the F&B Industry
- Willing to be placed in BSD City
