Cross Border Supply Chain Executive

In charge for the import realization submission to Indonesia National Single Window system
- To check and validate cross border related invoices to finance
- Liaise with other department regarding to payment settlement and cross border issues
- To provide data related to cross border import
- To monitor daily import cross border shipments
- In charge for Zalora Indonesia customs documentation
- Take part for the incoming cross border supply chain incoming projects
- Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with vendors while promoting company initiatives and values

**Requirement**:

- Minimal 1-2 years of experience in Customs Import documentation
- Understand the Indonesia import customs clearance process
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail oriented and multitasking skills
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Office, and SAP are more preferable)
- Bachelor's degree in business management, operations, logistics, or a similar field
