- Design CSR Program in the field of Social-Education program based on community development and empowerment.
- Handle on going events or programs.
- Build good cooperation with various stakeholders.
- Analyze budget requirement in each program.
- Make regular monthly reports.
- Make Social-Education content, publication in the form activity documentation and press releases.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Education Science, Social Development, Welfare, Sociology, Psychology, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in managing Education-Social programs.
- Having track record and knowledge of Social-Education program.
- Proven track record in Corporate Social Responsibility and development analysis.
- Have knowledge about ESG, ISO 26000 and Social Return on Investment (SRol).
- Have analytical thinking, problem-solving skill, multitasking, and decision making.
- Have the ability to create and manage program proposals and publication content (Social media content, press release, etc).
- Have good communication to government network.
- Being able to design an infographic program will add value.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
