This app will be your main responsibility.- Collaborate with app developers and stakeholders to ensure the successful development and launch of the mobile app.- Develop, execute, and manage the overall program's strategy, ensuring alignment with our company's CSR goals.- Utilize strategic and analytical thinking to identify opportunities for acquiring new users through offline activities, partnerships, and innovative approaches.- Foster relationships with communities, NGOs, and government agencies to maximize program reach and effectiveness.- Monitor and evaluate program performance, collecting data to measure impact and identify areas for improvement.- Oversee the entire program lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.- Provide clear communication and updates to stakeholders, internally and externally, maintaining transparency and engagement.**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in a related field.- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in CSR program management, with a focus on community engagement, and mobile app initiatives.- Strong project management skills, with the ability to create, execute, and evaluate programs.- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical abilities to drive innovative solutions.- Flexibility to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including communities, NGOs, and government bodies.- Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Passion for sustainability, maternal health, and social impact.Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
