Culture Development Officer

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan & execute organizational culture program and employee engagement.
- Develop SOP and tools related to organizational culture activities.
- Analyze, understand and define the existing organizational culture, and identify areas that require change or strengthening.
- Design, implement, and monitor initiatives aimed at promoting an organizational culture that is aligned with company values.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree of Human Resources Management / Industrial and Organizational Psychology or other related majors.
- Great administrative & basic design skills (Word, Excel, Visio, PPT, Canva).
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- 2 to 3 years of experiences in Organizational Development (OD) / Culture

Pay: Rp8,000,000 - Rp8,500,000 per month


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
