**About the Role**

Customer Care Administration provides general administrative support to the team to include filing, data entry, typing and assisting in the management of communications and paperwork, managing diaries, and assisting with general reception.

**What You Will Do**
- Administer paperwork's regarding new closing customers (printing and collect all the data, and input all the hard file data into a file, and make sure that all data all input in Vera-2, Vera-1, and hardcopy completely)
- Administer paperwork's regarding fully paid customers. (filing all the data and marking the date of fully paid on the hard file).
- Responsible in all document shipping (if any).
- Inputting data to Vera-2 system.
- Filing the original & hardcopy documents into the filing cabinets.
- Inputting ROI and maintenance fee data to Ms. Excel.

**What Will You Need**
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Good knowledge and skills set in Microsoft Office (especially Ms. Excel).
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Good time management and flexibility, detail-oriented person, pro-active in terms of tasks given.

**Salary**: Rp4,000,000 - Rp5,500,000 per month
