Then come and join **Indonesian team** as** Customer Care Executive **to give the best customer call solution and informative as front-liner to the customer.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible to validate customer information and differentiate customer contract status
- You will create as well as monitor notification
- You will be responsible to forward technical service task, administrative & licensing, and follow-up services to the relevant stakeholders
- You will be as a coordinator to dispatch CSE for onsite visit, preventive maintenance visit, and spare part replacement
- You will be reporting service ticket, status of equipment and spare part usage

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- Hold a successfully completed Degree in Communication or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Medical Device industry or Healthcare
- Experience in handling customer and channeling communication to internal

**Your attributes and skills**:

- You are self-driven, motivated and have a positive work attitude
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You are convenient to have direct discussion with people
- You are proficient in English both written and spoken
