Customer Care & Marketing Support Senior Staff

Details of the offer

Organize credit proposals, memos or any other related document with credit proposal

Check and support Marketing to complete all required document to be process next by Credit Analyst

Circulate credit proposal or other submission to Credit Committee

Create and deliver Warning Letter (SP) to Customer

Handling Customer complaint

Handling customers who come to the office if respective marketing is not available
Bachelor degree with GPA mínimal 3.00

Preferably had a minimum 2 (two) years' experience

Strong communication skill (Written and Verbal)

Ability to multitask and result-oriented

Stay in Surabaya area


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
