**Requirements**:

- Tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices and touchpoints
- Conduct research to identify profiling customer
- Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences
- Maintaining Customer existing database
- Do the survey to all Customers
- Maintain action plan after survey

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Rp5,500,000 - Rp6,500,000 per month
