**Requirements**:

- At least** 3 years of working experience as Customer Relation Management or Sales Support in F&B / HORECA / Food Manufacturing**:

- ** Have experience in working at a B2B Company will be a plus**:

- ** Have experience using Zendesk is a must**:

- ** 6-month project contract with the opportunity to become a permanent employee**:

- Willing to work at Samora Group Head Office, Menara Thamrin, Jakarta Pusat.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends & achievements
- Collaborate with Sales team to seamless sales transactions
- Support Sales team in managing customer accounts, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service
- Stay updated with CRM developments and trends to recommend enchancements and improvements


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
