Details of the offer

Develop customer-related strategies and programs (customer service, service quality, customer relations, and service culture).
- Perform service recovery for complaints that occur by following up on complaints to the relevant departments and ensuring that they are resolved.
- Conduct program socialization and monitoring of the implementation of all customer relationship concepts in branches and the Head Office.
- Requirements :_
- Fresh Graduate or having experience in customer service or related field.
- Good communication skills
- Placement in IBID Head Office
