Customer Relations Manager - Jakarta

**Requirements**:

- Min Bachelor degree in any major
- Have min. 3 years experience working in customer service or relations in managerial level
- Preferably came from telecommunication, banking, and financial technology company
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta
- Handling customer and regulatory inquiries related to the MLFF system, operating customer contact channels (telephone, WhatsApp, social media, electronic mail), performing visual inspections and preparing a contract with an external service provider for the supervision of sanctions
- Development of contract-related SLAs
- Supervision and control of the operation according to the contract for the use of customer relationship services
- Ensuring contractual settlement based on SLA indicators
