We're looking for a Customer Relations Specialist to join our Customer Relations and Customer Experience team to grow Glints' brand presence in Indonesia and support the company's products through various customer support channels. This role is a 6-months contract role.
\n What You'll Be DoingDeliver outstanding customer service through multiple channels including live chat, WhatsApp, social media, and emailManage a high volume of customer inquiries from Indonesian users and other regional markets users efficiently and address their needs with empathy and understandingUse your expertise in CRM platforms, especially Zendesk and Freshdesk, to streamline service processes and improve customer interactionResolve customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions within set time limits and ensure follow-up for confirmationExperienced in crafting clear, empathetic templates for diverse customer interactions, aligned with brand tone for consistent, positive experiencesCollaborate with the Customer Experience team to gather customer insights and provide regular feedback for continuous improvementApply problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address customer issues effectivelyMaintain accurate customer records, follow up on issues, and ensure interactions are handled with attention to detail and precisionFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesTake the extra mile to engage customers Why You Should Join Us Working in the customer service area will familiarise you with a number of different operating systems and programs that will be useful in many other careers and roles that you may have later on down the track and you will become the Service ChampionRegional network: you will join one of the most diverse workplaces, and you will get to learn how to work with regional stakeholders across Asia Who We Are Looking For 1 - 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Contact Center (non-voice) or experience in HospitalityFamiliarity with CRM systems and practical tools like Zendesk and Freshdesk.Minimal Diploma from any majorEmpathetic and stress toleranceA team player, but also a self-starterStrong interpersonal skillsExcellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
