Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Lead

As a CRM Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our customer relationship management processes. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive experience throughout their journey with Moladin. This includes overseeing customer interactions, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. **Requirements**:

- Proven experience in CRM, customer service, or related roles

- Proficiency in CRM software and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM)
