Customer Relationship Management (Crm) Lead

As a CRM Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our customer relationship management processes. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive experience throughout their journey with Moladin. This includes overseeing customer interactions, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective CRM strategies. If you have a passion for customer-centricity, strong analytical skills, and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the automotive industry, then this role is for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align CRM strategies with business goals
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of CRM initiatives, providing regular reports to management
- Identify and resolve customer issues by working closely with internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM techniques and technologies

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in CRM, customer service, or related roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus
