As a **Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager**, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of customer relationship management, contributing to the overall success of our automotive service center.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in customer relationship management within the automotive industry.
- Present a strong and diverse portfolio that substantiates your leadership skills and highlights past accomplishments in building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Exhibit expert knowledge of CRM principles, tools, and techniques, with a focus on providing personalized service experiences.
- Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to identify customer needs and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take charge of overseeing customer relationship management activities, including customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction initiatives.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage, supervise, and coach the CRM team members, fostering an environment where they can enhance their capabilities in customer service, relationship-building, and data analysis.
- Leverage expertise in CRM software and analytics tools to track customer interactions, gather feedback, and measure satisfaction levels.
- Exhibit a positive attitude, result-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills. Foster a collaborative environment, demonstrating effective teamwork and the ability to lead and motivate team members.
