Planning & delivering CRM strategies & initiatives and overseeing execution of campaigns
- Segmenting & Clustering customer database correctly and Identifying opportunities to drive incremental revenue from existing customers Segment
- Owning the retention campaigns, from conceptualization to analysis : idea generation, proposal preparation, overseeing the production & operational process, execution, evaluation.
- Communicating with customers and sales representatives.
- Managing, analyzing, and interpreting Customer Behavior data to provide insight and support strategic business decisions.
- Gathering information about customer complaints.
- Leading an execution plan with key responsibilities & deliverables across the team
- Identifying opportunities to grow the database; in valuable customer segments
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in working in CRM & Customer Retention area and using the CRM tools
- Experience in managing and coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns (with the multi - channel user journey)
- Strategic thinker and ability to offer marketing solutions to activate seasonal marketing strategy
- Excellent database / CRM knowledge and expertise in reading / understanding data
- Good presentation skills and able to adapt to different audiences (I.e.
from Senior team to Store Managers);
- Commercially minded, inquisitive and motivated to understand our customers
- Having previous experience in retail and/or fashion is a plus
