Menjawab chat dari pelanggan tepat waktu dan dengan informasi yang akurat. Memberikan product knowledge ke setiap pelanggan yang bertanya Mengelola toko di Marketplace / online shop Memonitor produk di Marketplace Mengerti alur refund/retur barang Merespon pertanyaan dan keluhan pelanggan Mengelola pembatalan pembelian Mengikuti peraturan perusahaan dalam mengelola toko Membuat laporan penjualan harian maupun bulanan Membuat laporan pesanan dibatalkan, pengembalian barang & dana. Kualifikasi:
Pendidikan minimal S1 Pengalaman kerja sebagai admin online shop minimal 1-2 tahun Memiliki kemampuan mengelola pesanan marketplace Mampu mengoperasikan excel atau spreadsheet Mampu bekerja secara tim Bersedia ditempatkan di Yogyakarta. Job Requirement Customer Service & Complaint Management Admin: Pastikan lowongan yang Anda cari sesuai dengan judul lowongan kerja tersebut.
