**Job Deskripsi**

**Job Summary**

Customer Services (English & Bahasa) is held responsible to respond customers inquiries through various channels of communication and set-up schedules in timely manner based on company's service level agreement and strategic marketing campaign which aims to provide the best service and retain customers interest appropriately.
- Handle Indonesian consumer leads: answer questions, schedule appointments & follow up post appointments.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp & Website Live chats.
- Support other tasks when needed, such as distributing consumer coupons.
- Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9AM-6PM local time, exclude public holidays.
- Submit all reports accordingly to the regional South-East Asia representative.

**Deskripsi Persyaratan**
- Able to speak fluently in both English and Bahasa.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal.
- Ability to read and write proficiently while multitasking (e.g., actively listening to customer and answering questions).
- Basic typing skills on a personal computer (PC) keyboard equal to 30 words per minute
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suites
- A patient and empathetic attitude.
