Familiar in e-commerce customer behaviour and business, at least have experience using e-commerce platform as buyer and seller once

Willing to work with shifting in Yogyakarta
Listen actively to customer inquiries and concerns

Provide accurate and helpful information.

Identify and assess customer needs and issues.

Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate information.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.

Escalated the ticket to Team Leader.
