- Max. age hired 35 years old
- Min. Education D3 (all majors)
- Willing to work with shifting
- **2 year of customer service experience**, and have received service soft skills training
- Typing speed 40 words/min,
- Written and spoken English standard (no accent)
- Good communication and listening skill
- Have the ability of computer operating properly

Familiar in e-commerce customer behaviour and business, at least have experience using e-commerce platform as buyer and seller once
